Aches and Pains

“During my last month of pregnancy I was not sure if I was going to last! My body seemed to be wearing down day by day. My feet were twice their size, and walking across the room seemed like a task I couldn't accomplish. I suffered from nausea, backaches, heartburn, and pricking my finger three times a day checking my blood sugar didn't help. I remember being so uncomfortable and would toss from side to side moaning to myself. I kept thinking, 'Will I ever feel like myself again?' Looking back now, it seems like only a flash of a moment. I do feel like myself again and looking at my son everyday reiterates the fact that is was all worth it!"
